Hej hej!
I'm having a few days of working from home wearing comfy clothes, drinking lots of tea, making jewelry and almost never leaving the couch. I have been dreaming of this the last week or so, just really wanting the calm productiveness that I need to have in my life.
Today David helped me with taking some really cool photos and I hope to be back tomorrow with a big post showing you what I've been up to.
Until then, here's a Two Two Two for you!
Two views from close to my work that made me stop and snap a photo.
The first one was taken one early morning (after a night shift at my job at a group home) when I almost missed my bus because of this photo and the second one just before a work shift in the afternoon when the sun painted Gothenburg in silhouette.
Two photos of a necklace in progress.
The first showing a half finished necklace held over the table filled with tea and stuff that I need to work, and then the second photo is of the almost finished necklace piece.
Two of me wearing the very first of my Tangled Triangle Necklaces.
The first photo was taken the day after I made the necklace and the second one was taken today during the photoshoot I talked about earlier in this post.
I have been editing photos today and I really can't wait to show them to you! But not until tomorrow...
I can tell you this though: it's going to be quite dramatic and Rita Hayworth-y.
Tjingeling!

It's been a while since I showed you what's going on in my life during just an ordinary day. I'm planning for a post like that soon, but because I've been so busy lately with the theatre and everything I have almost exclusively taken photos with my iPhone instead of my Nikon. Here's some glimpses into the last couple of months, seen through my phone camera.
Autumn came and the cemetery looked so beautiful on my evening run. I haven't had the time to run for some time now and I really miss it. I need to buy some better running clothes before I get out again though because the weather is getting too cold for my flimsy pants and hoody.
A bit fuzzy, sadly, but I love this photo! I desperately wanted to run through the leaf pile but I thought of the poor person that would have to rake it all up again the day after. I hate being a grown up sometimes. Children don't care about things like that! Or maybe they do. I don't now.
Can you think of a more beautiful place for running in the evenings? I sure can't.
One evening I spotted a spider web on the balcony.
I have edited a LOT of photos lately of my jewelry. The
shop is looking gorgeous with all these new photos!
I bought a Jackalope brooch from the amazing etsy shop
Hungry Designs. Isn't it so beautiful! It looks lovely among my other brooches as well.
The leaves started to look pretty and I spent most of my time outside looking for the brightest most colourful leaves I could find.
One evening the red traffic light painted David's face.
On our rehearsal weekend a couple of weeks ago I brought my lamp and kitchen chairs to the theatre as they were part of the set. Here I am waiting outside for the rest of Teater Esther.
It was a lot of work to get get everything in order but it is such a great feeling to know that we made all of it by ourselves with some help from amazing friends. Up on the ladder is Hanna, and Lisa is the one makeing sure Hanna won't fall down. On the stage behind is our light and sound guy Joel.
One morning I was all out of coffee filters. I had a
Lelaina moment and used some toilet paper instead. For those of you who haven't tried this and wonder about the taste: it works surprisingly well! Especially if you use a non fuzzy toilet paper.
I made approximately 180 cookies for the play's intermission. It's a recipe from my grandmother and it makes the best cookies in the world. People went crazy for them, one man even went back to the kitchen just before the play was about to start again and knocked on the door because he just "needed more of those cookies"!
I have a post planned to show you more of that, if you're interested.
After opening night and everything felt AMAZING! It is the best feeling in the world when a play you're in is a success. It feels like flying!
Autumn is just perfect clothes weather! This over sized cardigan doesn't get used enough since it's white and only fits the weather a few days a year it seems but I think it's so pretty!
Feeling dramatic in my cape the day after opening night. Still a bit high on life and theatre.
My sister came all the way from Stockholm to see the play. It was nice to get to hug my niece Alfred again who, as you can see, is a penguin.
A selfie in the lounge just before the sunday show.
Intermission. Lovisa explains something really important to us. Lisa listens intently. I love the contrast between Lovisa's colourful clothing and Lisa's more neutral ones.
And this is from yesterday. I have started working on a new pair of shoes. I found a pair of plain white cotton shoes this summer and finally got to work yesterday. Sparkly purple and shimmering pearlescent. They look almost completely metallic today!
Love them so far, and just ordered a gazillion shoelaces on ebay. So excited to see how they turn out!
I'm soon off to work the evening shift but after that I'll be having a week off work and that is going to be just great!
Hope you have a lovely weekend ahead of you.
See you soon!

Hi!
These past weeks have been so weird. We have lots to do before the wedding (12 days left, eeeep!) and we're busy (but not stressed, luckily). It's a fun time: Planning, longing, making lists and then it's the rest of life happening as well.
I STILL have at least three big posts to blog but I just can't seem to get the time to edit all those photos so you'll have to be patient with me. And hopefully I will have the time and wifi to show you some of the wedding fun that will be happening soon.
Until then, here's a Two Two Two for you!
Two skies right outside our window.
One in dark pink and blues and one in a sort of apricot fluff.
Both of them seem to be taken straight out of The Neverending Story.
Two from last weekend when I was in my hometown Jönköping to meet with my friend Johanna who's doing my hair and makeup on the wedding. She was going to practice on my hair but it turned out she had some surprises for me as well.
One picture of me in Johannas boyfriend's russian 1940's motorcycle with sidecar. Erik is hiding behind Johanna's thumb.
That was a scary but fun ride!
And one photo of lake Vättern where we went for a swim and picnic.
Two of me.
One with a determined face and black clothes and one with a cheeky face and lot's of colour.
Hugs and kisses to all of you! /Lotta
Hej!
As most of you probably know by now I'm a big fan of cemeteries. I just really like the dramatic mood and the calm combined with the pretty flowers and trees. Lately I've taken up running in the evenings. For those of you who've known me forever this might seem odd and not like me at all, and yes, I thought so too.
When I was younger I danced a lot and went to aerobic classes several times a week. I absolutely love to move to music and that's what aerobic was all about for me. I went to step aerobic classes but my knees really didn't like that and it eventually gave me some kind of sports injury that made it impossible to work out. I changed to a more low impact aerobic class and it turned out fine. But I think I got scared of hurting my knees again so since then I've stayed away from everything that's too bouncy and jumpy. I love to take really fast walks so that's sort of been my workout through the years.
But that feeling of wanting to move to music didn't get satisfied and I found myself starting to long for running. I have NEVER run before. Like never ever. It was such an alien thought that it actually took a couple of years of convincing myself before I dared to try it. My body doesn't know how to run so I started out extremely slow because I did NOT want to hurt my knees again.
As well as being a bit terrified of hurting myself I was also very self conscious about how I looked when I was running. I couldn't let go of the feeling that everybody looked at me and judged my technique, my loud breathing or my pace. I chose the cemetery both because I love the surroundings and also because I knew I could be sort of hidden from weird looks. Yes, there is other people there but not as many and not as evil looking, haha.
I still walk more than I run but I'm definitely getting there. And I'm not as scared anymore. The most amazing thing to me is that I still, after almost two months, think it's wonderful. I've made a playlist on spotify called
Jag springer, jag springer (I'm running, I'm running) with music perfect for either walking super fast or running and some of the songs fit my pace so perfectly I sometimes smile widely and mime along to the lyrics. I also really love to see how the cemetery changes from spring to summer. Every time I'm there I stop to snap a photo or two and here is the result. All of them taken with a sweaty iPhone and a somewhat shaky hand.

Right outside my house the sun is setting below my neighbourhood beech tree.
The grave chamber of the Keiller family hiding in dusk one spring evening.
Ah, Magnolia you pretty flower!
Popping out.
Everywhere there's hidden stairs and pathways.
I have started to love rhododendron this spring. Has it been an especially rhododendron friendly season this year or why do they seem to pop up everywhere lately when I haven't really noticed them before?
Sun through tree branches will always make me stop and sigh.
And snap a photo.
The city on the other side.
When the sun sets it paints the graves in the most amazing light and makes this cross look like it's on fire.
Perfectly situated house.
Rainy and grey is pretty too.
The Keiller family sure thought they were important people...
On my way home I pass these fighting dudes. I think it's such an hilarious statue and for some reason I think the weather and the light makes it look different every day.
And I'll end this post with a picture of me coming home from the worst rainfall ever. I had just passed through the gates to the cemetery when it started to rain but I said to myself it probably wouldn't be so bad. Well, yeah. It poured down the entire time and after ten minutes I was completely soaked and decided I couldn't get any wetter. I turned my face up and smiled to the rain and the music in my ears took off at the same time as the rain. It was actually lovely.
