It was a great day for some thrifting!
Don't mind my crazy face. Look at that velvet cape!
I. Want. That. Phone.
Happy with stuffed bag filled with thrifted goodies.
Well. Yeah.
(And yes, that is our house and David you can see in my shades.)
Yesterday David and I went to a fleamarket that takes place almost every weekend during the summer months. This was the first weekend for the season. I didn't have that much money on me but that really doesn't matter when you are thrifting. Lots of shopping for almost no money!
Among other things I bought a lovely black velvet cape for only $4.30! Sometimes I get really pleased with myself and my thrifting skills.
I am so jealous of the phone and the bag you are carrying.
There aren't many flea markets where I live (North Dakota), but I'm hoping to do a little traveling this summer and visit lots of them. Maybe I'll even find something that will put that phone to shame :)
I actually didn't buy the phone. I had no money left when I saw it and I had to leave it there. :-(
The bag is from Fieldguided and I love love love it!
We've got quite a lot flea markets in Sweden actually and Gothenburg during spring and summer is a great city for thrifting at different flea markets!
